On my own farm, I hope to be able to have a main barn which is attached to an indoor riding ring, and a small barn which is not attached to anything as well as having fields with run in sheds. The property will include two outdoor arenas, and every horse will be given the option of individual or group turnout. My goal is to be able to provide full board in both the main and small barn. Full board in the main barn being $850 per month as it has direct access into the indoor arena and full board in the small barn will be $750 per month. Both full board situations come with a $150 pass towards training and riding lessons per month. The $150 pass towards lessons and training must be used during that month. It can not be carried over to another month unless permission is given by barn manager/owner. Limited pasture board will be provided for those who wish their horse to be in a group turnout of up to 3 horses per shed in field. Pasture board will be available for $550 per month with NO pass towards training and riding lessons per month.
